Return Policy

Vaultek is 100% committed to serving our customers with the best product quality and customer service. We offer a return window 30 days after delivery and guarantee a 3-year limited warranty with registration for safes, and a 1-year limited warranty on LifePods.

You can return items purchased using a prepaid return label provided by Vaultek. There will be a 10 percent restocking fee on returns which will be deducted from your refund upon receiving the item and all original accessories. Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return. Also, please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing. If you choose to use your own shipping label there will be no additional charge and a full refund will be provided. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be issued, once the product is returned to our facility.
